STOKUHousehold Tracker
Offline household restock tracker

What’s running out?

Stoku tracks the things you buy on repeat — milk, coffee, dish soap, cat food — and tells you what needs restocking before you notice the gap. No account, no cloud, no subscription.

A look inside

Built like a kitchen notebook

Ruled paper, masking tape and a rubber stamp. Every screen is warm, squared-off and quiet — nothing that looks like a spreadsheet.

What Stoku does

One shelf for everything you buy on repeat

Add an item once, set how often you buy it, and Stoku keeps the count from then on.

Your whole shelf, one list

Name it, give it an emoji and a category, set a buy interval. Price, brand, store and notes are there if you want them, ignored if you don’t.

Overdue, due soon, stocked

Every item carries a day-count pill and sorts itself into three groups. One glance answers the only question that matters.

A shopping list that fills itself

What’s running low is suggested for you. Tick a row at the shop and the item is marked bought — its next due date resets on its own.

Add a whole shelf at once

Quick Add takes a category and a stack of names in one pass. Or start from the staples library and pick what you already buy.

One nudge, at your time

A single daily reminder at the hour you choose. No badges, no streaks, no notifications begging you to come back.

Offline, and yours

Everything lives in a database on your phone. No sign-in, no servers, no analytics on what you buy. Back up to a file whenever you like.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs itself

Stoku is a counter, not a chore. You touch it twice per item — once to add it, once when you rebuy it.

  1. 01

Add what you buy on repeat

Milk, coffee, toilet paper, cat food. Anything that runs out and gets replaced.

  2. 02

    Set the buy interval

Every 7 days, every 30, every 60. A rough number is enough — you can nudge it later.

  3. 03

    Mark it bought

The clock resets and the item drops back to stocked. That’s the whole loop.

Questions

The short answers

Does Stoku need an account or internet?

No. There is no sign-up and no server. Stoku stores everything in a local database on your phone and works with airplane mode on, forever.

How does Stoku know when something is running out?

You tell it how often you buy each item. Stoku counts forward from the last time you bought it and flags the item as due soon, then overdue. Marking it bought resets the count.

Is it a shopping list app or an inventory app?

Both halves of one loop. The tracker knows what’s running low; the shopping list is where you take that to the shop. Ticking a linked row off the list marks the item bought in the tracker.

What happens to my data if I change phones?

You export a backup file from Settings and restore it on the new phone. The file is plain JSON that you own and can keep anywhere — nothing passes through us.

Is Stoku free?

Yes. The app is free to download and every feature described on this page is included.
