These terms cover your use of the Stoku app. They are short and in plain language. By downloading or using Stoku, you agree to what is written here.
01Using Stoku
Stoku is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. Please don’t copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app.
02No account, no subscription
Stoku has no user accounts and nothing to sign in to. The app is free, and every feature described on this site is included in the free download.
03Your data is your responsibility
Because Stoku stores everything locally and sends nothing to a server, we cannot recover your data for you. If you lose your device, delete the app, or reset the app from Settings, the data is gone.
Settings → Export creates a backup file you keep yourself. We strongly recommend making one before changing phones, and after any large setup session.
04What Stoku does not promise
Stoku estimates when something will run out from the interval you set. It does not measure what is actually in your cupboard, and it will be wrong whenever your usage changes. Treat it as a reminder, not as inventory truth.
- Reminders are delivered by your device’s own scheduler and can be delayed or suppressed by battery-saving settings outside our control.
- The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
- We are not liable for missed purchases, spoiled goods, duplicate buying, or any other loss arising from relying on the app.
05Changes to the app and these terms
Stoku is under active development; features may be added, changed or removed between releases. If these terms change materially, the updated text and its date will appear on this page.
