These terms govern your use of the Stoku mobile application. By downloading or using Stoku, you agree to these terms.

Summary: Stoku is a reminder tool that estimates when your household essentials may run out based on your settings. It is a personal convenience tool, not an exact inventory sensor. Please keep your own backups.

01Using Stoku

Stoku is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use on compatible iOS and Android devices you own or control. Please do not copy, resell, modify, or redistribute the application.

02Trial, purchases, and subscriptions

Stoku provides a 3-day free trial with full access to all features upon install. No credit card or account creation is required to start the trial.

After the trial expires, continuing to use Stoku requires an in-app purchase: either a one-time Lifetime unlock (single payment, perpetual access) or a recurring monthly or yearly subscription.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device account settings.

03Local data and backups

Stoku stores your data exclusively in a local database on your device and does not maintain a central cloud copy. We cannot recover lost data for you if your device is lost, damaged, or reset.

We recommend using Settings → Export regularly to save a JSON backup file to your own cloud storage or local files, especially prior to switching devices.

04Disclaimer and limitations

Stoku calculates restock estimates based on the intervals you configure. It does not monitor physical quantities and cannot account for unexpected changes in household consumption. Treat Stoku as an estimation aid, not an infallible inventory truth.

Daily reminder notifications rely on your device operating system scheduler and power-management rules.
The application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for missed purchases, depleted supplies, duplicate shopping, or related losses resulting from reliance on the app.

05Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as new features or capabilities are added to Stoku. The latest version and effective date will always be published on this page.
